Are you aged 16–19 and ready for learning beyond school that gives you credits and practical skills?

If you love working with computers and pay good attention to detail, our Youth Guarantee Careers and Computing Programme might be just what you’re looking for.

At Education and Employment, you’ll learn life and work skills, make friends and have fun while you gain your NCEA and earn NZQA qualifications. To reward your learning progress we’ll also help you complete the next step on your drivers licence. We know you’ll love our supportive environment and talented tutors too.

  • Access to learning valued at $10,000 that costs you nothing. You might also qualify for travel allowances.
  • Qualifications recognised by employers. Achieve a National Certificate in Computing (Level 2) and a New Zealand Certificate in Foundation Skills (Level 1). You can gain NCEA Level 1 and 2 if you achieve your literacy and numeracy credits.
  • Pathways to progress into further national certificates and careers in computing.
  • Life skills, work ethics and friendships that last
